A BLS ambulance can be dispatched for any transport that requires basic medical support (e.g. dialysis treatments, procedures, routine transports, emergency room admissions, etc.).
Each BLS ambulance is staffed with two certified emergency medical technicians (EMT), both of which are equipped with all medical supplies as required by each service area.
Specialty Care (SCT/CCT)
Premier utilizes the services of a higher medical authority such as respiratory care practitioners (RCP/RT) and registered nurses (RN) with experience in ICU and ER.
These specialized ambulances carry advanced airway supplies, ventilators, BIPAP/CPAP devices, tracheostomy suctioning equipment, cardiac monitors, IV supplies, and medication pumps.
We provide stand-by/special event ambulance services for venues and events large and small. Our standby ambulance services are willing to provide long-term or short-term services for events.
Each stand-by/special event ambulance has emergency medical technicians trained in Basic Life Support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillation.
24 Hour Call Center
Premier’s Communications Department is open 24 hours each day and prepared to assist all patient transport requests as well as coordinate all active ambulances.
Each dispatcher is trained to use state-of-the-art dispatching equipment, including computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software and GPS services. The addition of utilizing city and county maps as well as traffic advisory services helps ensure that all ambulances respond to patient transport requests with the quickest and most efficient route possible.
